Post on Your Personal Facebook Page
Business Post: Share a business-related post on your personal Facebook page before the event.
Engagement Strategy: The reason for posting on your personal page is that this is where people are more likely to see it. Aim to get about 30-40 comments on your post before the event starts. .
Commenting on Other Posts: Go to the first three posts on my page, like and comment on them. Once I see your comment, I’ll go back and comment on your post as well.

Attend at least 3 out of 4 meetings each month, or send a visitor in your place \
Bring at least 1 visitor preferably each week at a minimum once a month
If you can’t attend, have someone cover for you — your guest will share your business during introductions so you still get the spotlight.
You need to pick 1 position to do:
Membership Coordinator – Welcome and support new members.
Visitor Host – Be the first friendly face our guests meet.
Event Success Host – Help the event run smoothly.
We offer two levels of membership:
Founding Member and Standard Member
Founding Members have voting rights, allowing them to:
Vote new members in
Vote current members out
Standard Members do not have voting rights, and their membership is not protected if their category reaches capacity. If a category fills with three Founding Members, a Standard Member may be removed to make space.
While the three-person cap per category is standard, we recognize that certain industries have diverse sub-specialties. In select cases, if all three existing Founding Members in a category agree that a prospective member’s business is sufficiently distinct from theirs, we may approve a fourth member in that category.
This exception allows for flexibility while maintaining the group’s integrity and commitment to non-competing networking opportunities.
To maintain your position and gain a voice in key membership decisions, we strongly encourage you to become a Founding Member. Founding Members enjoy not only voting rights but long-term security and leadership within Sarasota Speed Networking.
