50+ business cards
A notepad or phone for taking notes
A positive attitude and a 30-second elevator pitch about who you are and what you do

NETWORKING TIPS:

Lead with curiosity, not just your pitch.
Ask: “Who are you hoping to meet today?”
Listen twice as much as you talk.
Don’t forget to follow up within 48 hours.

Only registered participants are admitted. Please have your guest register through the main site.

Question 2: Can I arrive late?

We recommend arriving by 11:45 AM to ensure you’re placed in a rotation. Late arrivals may be placed in open networking only.

Question 3: What if I can’t make it?

We understand! Please contact us at (757) 607-4647 so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Question 4: Is there a dress code?

Business casual is perfect. Look professional, but feel comfortable. Think “conference casual” – blazers, button-downs, blouses, or smart casual wear.

Question 5: Can I promote my products or services at the event?

This is a networking-first environment — we encourage sharing your business naturally through conversation. Please avoid hard selling or handing out flyers unless invited.
